Malva Pudding Recipe- ENJOY Empty Malva Pudding Recipe- ENJOY

Ingredients

15ml (1 Tablespoon) brick margarine
125ml (½ cup) Huletts White Sugar
1 egg
15ml (1 Tablespoon) apricot jam
15ml (1 Tablespoon) vinegar
250ml (1 cup) cake flour
5ml (1 teaspoon) bicarbonate of soda
Pinch of salt

SAUCE:
125g brick margarine
185ml (¾ cup) Huletts White Sugar
65ml water
185ml (¾ cup) cream
5ml (1 teaspoon) vanilla essence

Method
1. Cream the margarine and sugar. Add the egg and blend well.
2. Add the apricot jam and vinegar. Mix well.
3. Sift the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture.
4. Pour into a deep round dish about 19cm diameter. Cover the dish with a lid or foil and then bake for 1 hour at 180 ºC.
SAUCE:
1. Boil the margarine, sugar and water
2. Remove from the stove and then add the cream and the vanilla. Pour over the hot baked pudding.

Pls do coz some of enjoy these recipes, the other day I copied a microwave chocolate cake on anaother site. I tell you ladies it takes less than 10 min. I was so suprised on how it came out. From now onwards no more baking it in an oven its gonna be microwave all the way. I also printed this Malva and will make this saturday, cant wait! Smile

MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE CAKE
INGREDIENTS

1 cup sugar or castor sugar
1 cup recently boiled water
1 cup cake flower
45 ml cocoa , 45 ml oil
12.5 ml baking powder
5 ml vanilla essence
2 eggs, pinch of salt

METHOD

1. Spray or grease a microwave ring-cake pan.
2. Cream eggs and sugar and add oil and vanilla essence.
3. Dissolve cocoa in boiled water.
4. Add together cake flour, baking powder and salt.
5. Alternately add cocoa mixture and flour mixture to egg mixture and beat continuously till smooth.
6. Pour into ringpan and microwave on high for between 5 and 7 minutes.
7. Microwave for approximately 1 to 2 minutes longer if wet spots are detected. BE CAREFUL NOT TO OVERCOOK!

Mine took 5 min to bake - ENJOY
