Baked Lamb Chops

My lovely Gals, here is the recipe I have been sent by Whats4Dinner Team:

Baked Lamb Chops:

These lamb chops smack with the flavours of balsamic vinegar, tomatoes and herbs - slow baked and topped with breadcrumbs and cheese.

Serves 3-4 | Preparation Time: 10 mins | Cooking Time: 100 mins

4 thick lamb chops
1 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes
50ml Knorr Balsamic and Olive Oil Salad Dressing
2.5ml Robertsons Mixed Herbs
60g fresh breadcrumbs
1 red onion, finely chopped
5ml sugar
60g grated cheese

Brown the chops and place in a shallow ovenproof dish and season.
Sauté onions and add tomatoes, sugar, herbs and Knorr Salad Dressing. Pour over the chops.
Mix breadcrumbs and cheese and sprinkle on top.
Bake for 1½ hours at 180℃

OHHHH YESSS Angels Mom I tried it last night...was is delicious or what? I am getting so good in my kitchen hey! At first I was scared I might over-cook it but it came out just gr8t!
