Hi mommies,I'm adding a granny flat at my moms house,it will be a 1 bedroom I need some advise on how to cut costs but still have a decent building that won't fall apart 2 years later

Ms Fab when it comes to building unfortunately one cannot really cut cost (my opinion What i can suggest is dont use a contrator. Rather you get quotes from the people that work for the contractors. That way there is no middle man. Shop around for specials on building materials etc.
